Vision

From fundamental physics to the quantum future

The conference is conceived as a focused international forum where foundational ideas, experimental progress, engineering challenges and long-term scientific vision can meet in one place.

A small, high-quality meeting designed to encourage serious scientific exchange, new collaborations and direct contact between leading researchers and the next generation.

Dubrovnik Quantum Computing 2027

Interdisciplinary bridge

Bridging Mathematical Structures and Quantum Technology

Dubrovnik Quantum 2027 is conceived not simply as another quantum conference, but as an interdisciplinary meeting point connecting fundamental physics, mathematical physics, quantum information and experimental quantum technologies.

A scientific language across disciplines

One of the central aims is to create bridges between communities that often use different languages for closely related problems. Mathematical structures developed in one context can acquire unexpected relevance in another, while experimental challenges can stimulate new mathematical questions.

Dubrovnik Quantum Forum 2027

Quantum Computing 2035 — What Will Actually Be Possible?

A closing round-table bringing leading participants together to discuss the scientific and technological milestones that could define the next decade of quantum computing.

This programme is preliminary. Speakers, lecture titles, session structure and times will be confirmed progressively as the Scientific Committee is formed and participation is confirmed.

Founding scientific circle

A conference built through trusted scientific dialogue

The initiative is being developed carefully. Only roles and participation that have been explicitly discussed are described here.

Participation welcomed

John M. Martinis

A leading experimental physicist in superconducting quantum computing. Professor Martinis has indicated that the proposed period in late May 2027 works for him and that he would be happy to participate.
